Welcome to Menes Technologies (“Menes Technologies,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website at menestechnologies.com, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms, Conditions & Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

1. About Us

Menes Technologies LLC — a Wyoming-registered company founded in 2020 — is the technology hub of the Menes Inc family of companies. We provide web, app, and software development, plus automation services, for small and medium businesses. We are a US-based team working across U.S. time zones; Eastern Time (ET) is our home base.

2. Services & Quotes

All project work is quoted on a fixed-price basis before work begins. A signed agreement or written approval is required to start any paid project. Timelines are estimates and may shift with changes in scope, content delays, or third-party dependencies. Any change in scope may affect price and schedule and will be confirmed in writing.

3. Consultation Booking Terms (Scheduling)

These terms apply to consultations booked through our online scheduling calendar:

  • Free 30-minute consultation. Initial consultations are free, 30 minutes long, and carry no obligation or sales pressure.
  • Eastern Time. All available dates and time slots shown in the booking calendar are Eastern Time (ET). You are responsible for converting to your local time zone.
  • Meeting platform. Consultations are video calls held on Zoom or Google Meet, as you select during booking. A meeting link is sent with your confirmation.
  • Confirmation. A booking request is not final until confirmed by us by email. We typically confirm within one to two business days.
  • Accuracy of information. You agree to provide accurate name, email, and contact details so we can confirm and host your meeting.
  • Rescheduling & cancellations. If you need to reschedule or cancel, email jamesj@menestechnologies.com or call (267) 507-5090 as early as possible. We may decline or reschedule bookings at our discretion.
  • No-shows. Repeated no-shows may result in future booking requests being declined.
  • Use of information. Details you submit through the booking form are used only to schedule, confirm, and conduct your consultation, per the Privacy Policy below.

4. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, design, code, graphics, and logos — is the property of Menes Technologies or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. Client work is governed by individual project agreements; ownership and licensing of deliverables are defined in those agreements.

5. Third-Party Services & Links

Our site and services may integrate or link to third-party platforms (including Zoom, Google Meet, WooCommerce, payment processors, and menesmerch.com). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and deliver services — typically your name, email, phone number, and project details. We do not sell your personal information. Information submitted through contact or booking forms is transmitted by email and stored in our website system. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing jamesj@menestechnologies.com.

This site may use cookies and standard analytics to improve performance and user experience. By using the site you consent to this use; you can disable cookies in your browser settings.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Menes Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Menes Technologies operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
